Brian Damage and Crystal

Thumb

Wherever they go their baggage goes with them, including several musical instruments (not always musical in their hands!) and many years of experience in the entertainment industry. Much of this baggage spills forth during their unconventional vaudeville style act, punctuated by occasional silly songs, the odd bit of Spanish dancing and loads of belly laughs.

“Wonderful silliness, some cute songs, some political incorrectness, some sick vomit and poo jokes and a lot of originality. It is all done with that intangible panache, subtlety and ability to laugh at one’s self that is quintessential to British humour.” Peter Bleby – Australian Stage

He is a regular at London’s world-famous Comedy Store and a core member of their weekly topical ‘Cutting Edge’ team.

“Immensely charismatic and entirely convincing. Barrie is dangling on the edge of the big time. His delivery is flawless” FEST

Josh Howie - Headliner

Josh is a much in-demand stand-up comic, performing regularly at all the major comedy clubs around the UK and has also taken his distinctive brand of humour to India, Ireland, France, China, Thailand, Switzerland, Finland, Estonia and America. In 2012 he was invited to perform at the prestigious Just for Laughs Comedy Festival in Montreal, where he was filmed for the internationally distributed Just For Laugh’s All Access TV show.

Josh has written and performed three solo shows for the Edinburgh Festival, before sell-out runs at the Soho Theatre. These include his hugely successful debut solo Fringe stand-up show, entitled Chosen, which played to sell out audiences and received rave reviews at the 2008 Edinburgh Festival, and his August 2010 show Josh Howie: Gran Slam, based on his time living with his grandmother. In 2011, Josh returned with I am a Dick.

Excellent, intelligent stand-up… terrific
