Ian Stone - Headliner

Ranked amongst the top ten stand-ups in Britain by The Independent, Ian Stone is one of the most talented topical acts and comperes in the country. Edgy and provocative, with an easy-going manner and self-depreciating style, Ian is at great ease bantering with an audience. He’s a member of the Comedy Store’s critically acclaimed ‘Cutting Edge’ team. Ian also received a nomination in 2012 for the BEST SHOW at the Leicester Comedy Festival Awards.

He has performed all over the world including Comedy Festivals in Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, South Africa, Holland, France, Ireland and Germany. He’s entertained the troops in Kuwait, Bosnia,Kosovo, Cyprus and Afghanistan. He was the first British stand-up to perform in Moscow and the first performer to appear for The Comedy Store in Mumbai.

“Seriously funny” The Guardian

“…like a cross between Tony Hancock and Frankie Howerd. Stone is probably better than we deserve. Ultimately, it is the sheer quantity of funny material that really impresses” The List

Pierre Hollins - Support

His relaxed amiability is defined by a compelling conversational style and absurd guitar posturing. His ‘songs’ are jokes that rhyme, set to a guitar backbeat, never travelling down the easy route of song parodies. He covers topics from love and hate, to sex and politics with a totally original voice, delivering his material with charm and irrelevance.

‘An unsung hero of new comedy. Don’t miss this true professional at work. Bloody funny.’ TIME OUT

Ben Norris - Compere

The term circuit legend is overused, but Norris is one of a handful that have been headlining for more than two decades. Other interesting facts about Ben: he’s the cousin of actor Martin Freeman and also the father of triplets (2 girls and a boy)

Ben has recently seen supporting Ed Byrne on his national tour. Ben’s TV credits include “Never Mind The Buzzcocks”, “They Think It’s All Over” and “Mock The Week”

“truly a sight to behold”- Ed Byrne

“A wonderful disgrace of a human being”- Daniel Kitson
